In April 2019, nearly five years after Jim Foley's beheading at the hands of Isis executioner Jihadi John, Jim's mother Diane is fighting for justice. The man behind the mask in Jim's execution video is revealed as Mohammed Emwazi from west London. After an international manhunt, he is killed in a drone strike, but his two British accomplices are on the run. In Washington DC, Diane Foley is campaigning to see them brought to trial in the US. Supported by a team of lawyers, she is struggling with the legal obstacles in the path of justice, and it is taking an emotional toll. Diane is joined in Washington by the Mueller family, whose daughter Kayla Mueller was allegedly killed in 2015 whilst a captive of Isis. Carl and Marsha's only proof of Kayla's death comes from Isis. They share with Diane that they hold out a 1% chance that she may still be alive today.
